Money Magazine's 2007 "Best
Places To Live" Contender
Lincoln Park, NJ is a nestled in-between two "Best Places To
Live" CNN Money Magazine rated towns, Wayne, NJ (in 2006) and Montville, NJ
(in 2007). In 2007, CNN Money Magazine best places to live has Lincoln Park
as a contender for the top 100 rankings and New Jersey Monthly magazine in
2006 had ranked Lincoln Park as the 21st top town in New Jersey.
Lincoln Park taxes and home prices tend to be
lower than its immediate neighbors, yet provides similar benefits such as
parks, easy New York City commute and scenic roads leading to off the beaten
track homes and townhouse / condominium communities. Take Deer Run for
example, with its wonderful golf course and tennis courts or Woodland Hills
with is beautiful lake in the center of the community or its pool and
children's play area, which is a pleasure to come home to each day.
For commuting, it has its own NJ Transit
Boonton Line train station, which is right in-between the Wayne Mountain
View station and the Montville Towaco station. Easy access to the Park 'n
Rides in the area for NJ Transit buses to NYC.
