Hey Steve,
Yes it finally happened. I spoke with my parents twice since
Wednesday, and they sound happy, especially my mom. So happy, I wish I
was out there to see it. I will try to swing by sometime this month.
I was looking through my old emails, and can't believe this whole
thing started last summer when I signed up on your website.
Incidentally, they moved around the time I predicted.
Thank you very much for your help and patience these last few months.
I know our lawyer was causing everyone a tough time with getting things
moving.
Once again, a sincere thanks for helping this process. On the
surface, it is just another family buying a new place, for my mom, its a
huge boost towards helping her with her back and being closer to family.

Steve, I wanted to thank you so much for everything! You were a
huge help and I would have never been able to get through everything
without you. You definitely went above & beyond what is expected of
a real estate agent and I appreciate it all so much! Anything and
everything that could have gone wrong and/or threw me a curveball
did, and I appreciate your dedication with follow-up to the mortgage
people, lawyers, and even calling the state for me on the day of the
closing about that ... ! As I'm sure you can imagine, the gift card
came in handy and James and I bought some nice rugs for the
bathrooms, so thank you very much for that also! I will definitely
be recommending you as I know of friends, family, etc. looking to
buy/sell.
